You recognise that we are using the earth’s resources faster than they can be replenished, and you want us all to take action. It’s not easy and none of us can wave a magic wand. None of us can solve the planet’s problems on our own – but together we can do so much!

Talk to your friends and family about the choices they make; find out what your local council is doing about reducing carbon emissions; encourage people to come to our talks; write to your MP and to your pension provider, asking questions and expressing your opinions.

Read widely. Some books and publications give you the facts, some are biased, so to be properly informed it is a good idea to dip into a variety of flavours.

Feel free to browse our Climate Change Library – borrow books and recommend them to your friends. Free to to anyone in the UK for three weeks.

Campaigns

There are dozens of campaigns you can support. Here is one example. Jojo Mehta is campaigning to make Ecocide illegal. Short and clear youtube video here.

Events

COP26 is happening in Glasgow in November – read about it, come to our talk and encourage people to get involved with the events surrounding it.

The CEE Bill insists that Government take strong, decisive action to reverse the climate and ecological crisis.
